You can purchase products using our secure online shopping cart and payment can be made via Paypal, Stripe or Afterpay.
We are an online company and do not run a bricks and mortar store. Orders can be placed online through our website (preferred) or by email.
Payment must be received before your order will be dispatched and we aim to ship your order within 48 hours of receiving notification of payment. In the event of an item being out of stock, you will be notified prior to your order being sent and an alternative item will be offered. If we cannot process or accept your order after payment is received we will contact you by email or telephone.
We will confirm acceptance of your order when we send you an email detailing total cost and postage of the goods you have ordered. Postage is by Australia Post Parcel Delivery (Regular or Express) and we will send orders anywhere within Australia (international orders not accepted). Regular Parcel Post is $9.95 flat rate or free for orders over $100.
Your items will be carefully packaged and your invoice will be attached. We aim to post your order within 48 hours of receiving notification of payment. Empurress takes no responsibility for any items lost or damaged in transit, or any delay that occurs during Australia Post shipping.
